Notes for using database:

1. All the organizations or individuals  must use the full-text network database purchased or being tried out by our university according to the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to use any automatic download software or intelligent robot download tools. You can not download the whole volume in batches during the regulating period. It is forbidden for legitimate users to send the full-text to the other users illegally after downloading to the local hard disk.

2. No organization or individual may set up a proxy server privately, and provide the full-text network database of our university to the non-staff members.

3. In case of violation of the above-mentioned regulations, once verified, the library will restrict the rights of using all resources. The responsible person must make a written self-criticism. Our university will criticize or punish the related people according to the seriousness of the case. In case of intellectual property disputes, the violator must bear the legal liability for all losses caused by the disputes.

4.Please use the electronic resources reasonably and protect the intellectual property rights. Without special description, the database access rights is: IP address control mode. All the campus network users can use!
