lithium fast ionic conductor; inorganic nanopowder; sol-gel-hydrothermal method
【摘要】
The solid fast ionic conductor was synthesized by the sol-gel-hydrothermal method. The influences of dispersion reagent, the alkalinity and the calcination temperature on the surface morphology of nanopowders, the electric conductivity were discussed. When PEG 12000 was used as the dispersion reagent, the alkalinity was 1.0% and the calcination temperature was 550°C; the electric conductivity at ambience temperature of the inorganic nanopowder of lithium fast ionic conductor synthesized was 2.59 × 10?3 S·cm?1.
